What is The Karakul-Held Academy?
The Karakul-Held Academy extends the Center for Creative Education’s mission beyond the classroom by providing arts-integrated outreach programs that inspire creativity, strengthen academic learning, and support student success.
Through partnerships with schools, afterschool programs, and community organizations across Palm Beach County, the Academy reaches approximately 4,000 students annually with engaging experiences in the arts, academics, and enrichment.
From kindergarten readiness initiatives to afterschool arts education and STEAM-based programming, Karakul-Held Academy helps students build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their full potential.
C.A.D.R.E.
Creative Arts Designed to Reinforce Education
C.A.D.R.E. brings arts-integrated learning experiences to schools and afterschool programs across Palm Beach County. Through theatre, dance, music, media arts, and visual arts, the program helps students build creativity, confidence, academic skills, and social-emotional development.
Serving approximately 4,000 students annually.

The Art Of Science
In partnership with the Cox Science Center and Aquarium, The Art of Science brings together creativity, discovery, and exploration through hands-on STEAM experiences. Center for Creative Education’s instructors design and facilitate engaging art-based activities in alignment with the Science Center’s educational themes and featured family events, helping participants explore scientific concepts through creativity, making, and artistic expression.
Kinderquest
Kinderquest prepares young learners for kindergarten success through arts-integrated early learning experiences that build creativity, confidence, and school readiness skills.
Made possible through the generous support of PNC Bank, Kinderquest helps children develop the foundational skills needed for a successful transition into kindergarten.
