About the Center for Creative Education
Together, we are building something powerful.
Since 1994, the Center for Creative Education (CCE) has expanded educational opportunities for children, families, and adults throughout Palm Beach County.
What began as a response to arts education cutbacks has grown into a nonprofit organization that combines creativity, academics, and innovation to help learners build confidence, strengthen skills, and reach their full potential.
Today, CCE advances its mission through four interconnected programs:
The Foundations School
A K-5 private school where creativity and arts integration are embedded into daily learning
Karakul-Held Academy
Outreach and enrichment programs that bring arts-integrated learning experiences to more than 4,000 students annually.
Blue Planet Global Education
International collaborations that connect students around the world through real-world learning experiences.
DePorres P.L.A.C.E.
Adult literacy and continuing education programs that help learners build English, literacy, and life skills.
Together, these programs create pathways for learning, growth, and opportunity at every stage of life.
