Help Change What Comes Next

Every child has the potential to flourish.

At The Foundations School, children like Autumn and Ivy receive more than an education. They find the individualized instruction, encouragement, and community they need to overcome challenges and thrive. Your year-end gift helps sustain this village of support for more children and families.

When Petra’s daughters, Autumn and Ivy, were entering second and third grade, both were struggling to read. Their family was searching for a school where they could grow and thrive. At The Foundations School, part of Center for Creative Education (CCE), they found an opportunity to flourish.

With individualized instruction and the right support, both girls went from a two-year reading delay to performing at grade level in just one year. “Watching them blossom into readers has been nothing short of a miracle,” Petra shares.

But this family’s story didn’t end in the classroom.

When Ivy later needed major surgery and was facing months in a wheelchair, the school’s support continued. Staff remained connected throughout her hospital stay and helped Ivy and her family navigate recovery, daily life, and keeping up with schoolwork.

“CCE has built more than a school,” Petra says. “It has built a village.”

There are more children like Autumn and Ivy whose potential goes far beyond their current circumstances or test scores. At The Foundations School, we put research into practice to help each student overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive.

We sustain this village because of wonderful people like you. Thank you for helping make these opportunities possible for children and families like Petra’s.
